PROCESSING & SHIPPING
- Orders take up to 5 business days for processing. Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day. We do not ship nor operate on weekends or holidays. Packages typically arrive in about 3-12 business days after they are shipped.
- Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 5-7 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.
- Please note: during periods of increased volume such as promotions and site wide sales events, processing time can increase by up to 7-14 business days or two business weeks.
- If you ordered multiple items, each may be shipped from different warehouses. This would mean they may arrive separately. If one of the items you ordered is out of stock in the warehouse nearest to you, it may be shipped from another. This may cause one of the items to arrive later than the other.

If the tracking information for your package says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for more information. Please note that USPS does not guarantee arrival dates of packages.
Please note that once a package has left our facility we are no longer responsible. Customers do have the right to add insurance on packages by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Packages are only insured on orders $100.00 or more. Orders that consist of two items or more MUST SIGN their package upon delivery; someone 18 years or older must be able to sign. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged through transit please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
